Nat Garmson provides neurodivergent-affirming, trauma-informed Autism + ADHD support, therapeutic gardening, & nature-based mental health & wellbeing support. Located in Mandurah, Western Australia. Also available online around Australia.

The first people of the region were the Bindjareb people of the Noongar Nation, who named the locality Mandjoogoordap which translates to 'meeting place of the heart'.

Monthly online & in-person support group program for Autistic / ADHD / AuDHD women.

Empowering, Supporting & Connecting Neurodivergent Women.

Do you want to feel validated, heard and understood? Maybe you struggle to understand your neurodivergent traits? Or find it difficult to advocate for yourself as a neurodivergent woman? Are you wanting to connect with other like-minded woman?

Welcome to the Neurodivergent Women’s Support Group!

Held in Mandurah as well as online, the ND Monthly Women’s Support Group covers the most sought-after topics that Autistic / ADHD / AuDHD women seek support for. Participants will develop more confidence in understanding their neurodivergent (Autism / ADHD) traits, learn how to incorporate self-care and increased self-compassion, increased knowledge of burnout and strategies to help minimise the likelihood of burnout, what masking is in more depth, how to balance their energy levels and so much more! Participants will also receive their own copy of the Autistically You! workbook + journal (also recommended for ADHD women). Reserve your spot today. The group maximum is kept at 5 participants, to reduce overwhelm and to provide a safe space.

Nat (facilitator) is neurodivergent herself (AuDHD), and has qualifications in psychology, mental health and autism studies. Nat is neuro-affirming, trauma-informed, and has over 5 years experience supporting neurodivergent women. You are in good hands!

Hello, im Nat.

I am a late diagnosed neurodivergent woman, who is passionate about supporting people with diverse needs and disabilities. You will often find me out in my garden or exploring in nature. I also volunteer most Sunday mornings at Men of the Trees in Dawesville, where I can practice my horticultural skills and share my love of plants and gardening.
